How can I contact IAMPUP?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the globe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Requests made after this time may not be accommodated, but you can still return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing from the order date. Orders will be shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After the order is processed, our shipping usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive for most countries.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us for assistance.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our prices are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon receiving your order, depending on your local regulations. These charges are not covered by IAMPUP. We are not responsible for customs delays. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at support@iampup.com for instructions. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for processing your refund. Please note, a $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days to process once we receive your returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank or card issuer for specific timelines on when the credit will appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for further details.
